Bulletin of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (BEEI), ISSN 2089-3191, e-ISSN 2302-9285, welcomes original research articles, reviews, surveys, and innovative applications from researchers worldwide in all areas of electrical engineering and informatics, including but not limited to electrical and electronic engineering, power and energy systems, renewable energy technologies, control systems, automation, robotics, instrumentation and measurement, embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, machine learning, signal and image processing, communications and networking, computer engineering, hardware architecture, cybersecurity, information systems, information technology, software engineering, data science, and broader computer science disciplines. The journal is published by the Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science (IAES). BEEI is indexed by Scopus, SCImago, and accredited as SINTA 1. The journal is published bimonthly (February, April, June, August, October, and December) and provides immediate open access to all published articles.

Before submission, authors are strongly encouraged to review the Submission Checklist and ensure that all requirements have been fully satisfied. Adherence to the journal's formatting and submission guidelines helps expedite the editorial assessment, peer-review process, and publication. Manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or declined without external review.

Submitted manuscripts must present original, unpublished work that is not under consideration by any other journal or publication venue. The Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science (IAES) and Intelektual Pustaka Media Utama (IPMU) are committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publishing ethics. To ensure transparency, fairness, and responsible dissemination of research, we require all authors to adhere to the following policy regarding multiple submissions and prior publication:

Originality and Prior Publication

  • Manuscripts submitted to IAES and IPMU journals must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Work that has been previously published in any form—including journal articles, conference proceedings, preprints with a DOI, book chapters, or institutional repositories—must be clearly disclosed at the time of submission.
  • Authors must ensure that their manuscript does not substantially overlap with previously published or submitted work unless explicitly justified and approved by the editorial office.
